Rachel Payne is the Global Coordinator of Academics Stand Against Poverty. In May 2012, she graduated from Yale University, where she majored in Political Science. Her senior thesis addressed the implications of human rights law for financing climate change adaptation. She has lead a variety of social justice campaigns at Yale and in New Haven.
Chelsea Papa is the Program Manager of Academics Stand Against Poverty. She graduated with a B.S. in Health Science at Boston University in May 2014. Her areas of interest lie in the broad framework of international public health and development, including infectious diseases and maternal and child health.
