We are thrilled to announce that Cat Tully has joined the ASAP Board of Directors. Cat is director of FromOverHere, a consultancy providing strategy and foreign policy advice. Cat has been a major contributor to ASAP\’s growing global network as co-chair of ASAP UK with Meera Tiwari. ASAP UK recently hosted a very successful workshop on curbing illicit financial flows post-2015.
At FromOverHere, Cat has advised US and UK governments, civil society organizations, and businesses. Prior to setting up the consultancy, she worked in several branches of the UK government, including the Prime Minister\’s Strategy Unit. She has also worked in a number of international organizations, including the UN Development Programme and the World Bank in Geneva. Finally, she has worked in civil society organizations in Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. She holds a Masters in Public Administration from the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University and a business and finance strategy qualification (CIMA).
