Social Justice in India: A Fellowship Journey
India’s complex interplay of politics, welfare, and social justice is a fascinating field of study. My ASAP Fellowship has been instrumental in exploring these dynamics, particularly the impact of political parties on poverty alleviation.

Unveiling the Dongria Kond Story
I’m currently researching the world of the Dongria Kond tribe, examining how commercialization of their Kapdagonda shawl fits into Wallerstein’s system theory.
Preliminary research highlights their resilience against corporate encroachment. My upcoming field work will capture their firsthand experiences.
The ASAP fellowship, especially Raymond Baker’s insights on illicit financial flows, has expanded my research perspective. I’m excited to share more as my project unfolds.
